Loving my Poetic Licence

I was at DSW with my mom and sis a couple of weekends ago and found myself a pair of gems.  Not just any type...but Poetic Licence ones!  Never heard of them?  I didn't either until I bought my first and definitely not my last pair.

Please excuse my veiny feet!
Poetic Licence is a group of girls who love shoes and live for fashion.  Based in London, this unique company started making shoes back in 2005.  Pieces are retailed for about $98 dollars and range from heels, wedges to flats and sneakers - all with that over the top girly style (as you can see by my flat/wedge shoes - can't miss those flowers)!!!

See what I mean by the flat/wedge?  What's so funny is I texted a few people of my wonderful and fabulous shoe find and one of them actually asked me if I made them?  Wow...I'll take that as a compliment!!!  What's even funnier is, I wore these this past weekend to a gathering and my sis-in-law also thought I made them.  I regrettedly (is that a word?) declined and said, "No I bought them like this!"  Anyways, I know some of you will find these shoes a bit over powering and maybe a little tragic?  But, I LOVE them and I look forward to buying some more of these "did you make them" style of shoes.

ps - I wore these with skinny jeans, a yellow top and a grey cardigan...
