Recycle Clothing Errands and Lazy Sunday

Currently watching the game between Patriots & Colts. Watched the Seahawks & Packers earlier and oh my gosh what a game!

I wanted to be comfortable the whole day for running a few errands and football watching. I recycled my Friday staples. I wore the same top and jeans. I did change it up with a different scarf and shoes!

I'm glad I finally found some booties! The ones below are from Nordstrom Rack by Sam Edelman "Lucca" bootie. So check out your local rack! These are super comfy, not too high and since they're suede, the look is more laid back.

My arm candy includes a watch from Kohls - which looks very similar to the Cartier style that the Duchess of Cambridge wears. I added my Tiffany's bracelet and a bow one from Charming Charlie.  My favorite cross body of the moment is Ralph Lauren from Bloomingdales.

Being a neutral watcher, I'm a Broncos fan, I wasn't shocked when the Seahawks won. Looks like the Patriots are in the lead, but you never know what will happen in football!

Till next time,

Combat Boots

On my previous post, I mentioned that I purchased some boots from Charlotte Russe for $20.  I am loving them!  These boots are super soft, contrary to their name.  I like how the laces give you versatility in how loose or tight you want to wear your boots...fabulous!  I paired these bad boys with some skinnys, a grey tee and a V-neck black sweater... :)

Lulus.com Cont.

I received the two pairs of wedges from Lulus.
I tried on the two pairs of wedges from Lulus.
I returned the two pairs of wedges from Lulus.

The beige ones didn't really look beige, they looked more capuccino brown...basically it did not look attractive paired up next to my skin.

The black ones were pretty cute; however, size 6 in those shoes run small...it felt like a 5 1/2 and obviously they were too tight on me.

I'm not too disappointed, they were only about $76 dollars for both pairs so, I couldn't really expect that much of them.  Anywho, I did purchase recently a pair of combat boots from Charlotte Russe for...wait for it...TWENTY DOLLARS!!!  Yes, you read correctly!  I received them yesterday, and I have yet to wear them...I still don't know what to wear with those shoes?  When I do, I won't forget to share...I already know I'm keeping them because the quality out of the box is amazing!  The whole shoe is pretty soft considering they're "combat" boots, I'm sure we're not suppose to take that figuratively...but yeah these boots are a keeper.  You can still get the brown ones at Charlotte-russe.com for $20, but size is limited so I'd get them before they sell out!   I got a size 6, and to me they fit perfectly as a 6!
